The E-ZPass experience got a lot more difficult for one New Jersey man this week, after he was arrested for failing to pay a bridge toll, as well as owning at least $78,000 to the service.

The Port Authority said Spirodon Fragoulias has more than 850 violations on his record, owing about $42,000 in fees and $36,000 in tolls, according to an Associated Press report.

He was reportedlyarrested Thursday while crossing the Goethals Bridge from New Jersey to Staten Island, allegedly driving through the E-ZPass lane without registering a fare.

He faces petty larceny and obstructing governmental administration charges, the AP said.

His truck was also impounded, along with his E-ZPass device, according to NBC 4.
