New York City police said a 27-year-old man jumped out a window from the 46th floor of a luxury condo after he locked himself in the room on Wednesday.

Authorities said officers arrived at the Bristol Plaza building on East 65th Street near Third Avenue at around 7 a.m. after the man — identified by the New York Daily News as Mark Citrin — allegedly slashed his father’s face with a knife before he ran into room and locked the door behind him.
