A man was hit and killed after being pushed in front of a D train in the Bronx on Sunday morning.

An unidentified man pushed Wai Kuen Kwok, 61, in front of a southbound D train at the 167th Street station around 8:44 a.m. Sunday, police said.

Arriving officers found Kwok, of Findlay Avenue, unconscious and unresponsive with severe body trauma on the tracks.

An NYPD spokesperson said Sunday afternoon that Kwok’s wife witnessed her husband’s death. After pushing Kwok, the suspect fled on to the street, police said.

There are no arrests, and the investigation continues. D train service was suspended Sunday between 145th Street and Tremont Avenue for the investigation.

The last time a person was pushed to death was in December 2012, when Erika Menendez, then 31, pushed a man in front of a 7 train in Sunnyside, Queens.
