Nearly a yearafter a baby was found unconsciousinside his Jamaica home, the live-inboyfriend of the child’s mother has been arrested in his death, police said.
JhalilWilliams,29, has been charged with second-degree murder and assault in the death of the 4-month-old boy, JavionDurett.
