The NYPDwas looking for a suspect they said robbed a man, knocking him out of his wheelchair, as he waited for the elevator in his Bronx building.

The suspect, who police have identified as Jose Aguilar, allegedly stole the victim’s wallet around 10 p.m. on MondayNov. 2. Aguilar knocked the man to the floor, took his wallet after a struggle and fled, police said.

No injuries were reported.

Aguilar is a 58-year-old Hispanic male, 5-feet-10 inches and 250 pounds.
