City cops have released a photo of a 40-something man they say groped a 31-year-old woman on a downtown 4 train last week.

The NYPD’s 14th precinct says the incident happened on April 21, at the 42nd Street and Lexington Avenue stop.

It was just before 6 p.m. when the  man allegedly groped her and grabbed her buttocks.

The victim took a photo of the suspected, who fled the train and station.

The suspect is a male Hispanic, in his 40’s, approximately 5'9" tall, weighing 185 pounds, with medium complexion and salt and pepper hair, cops said.

The suspect was last seen wearing a red shirt and gray jacket.
