An NYPD officer, the second charged for DWI on Sunday, was arrested on accusations he was driving drunk when he crashed into several parked cars near Brooklyn College.
Detective Jermaine Clarke, 38, was charged with DWI and refusing to take a breath test, police reported on Monday.

The incident took place one block from the campus of Brooklyn College. Officials at the scene stated that Clarke had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and the smell of alcohol on his breath, the Daily News added.

Derek Gilson was charged in connection to a crash on Long View Road in Staten Island, Pix11 reported. He has been arraigned and released.
