New Jersey State Police told ABC that the hit-and-run driver was later located with the car that had hit Harrison. The Union Country Prosecutor’s Office is determining appropriate charges to potentially be filed against that driver.

"One of the things that everyone will remember about [Harrison] is his infectious smile and laugh. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends," his family said in a statement quoted by NBC.
