There have been no arrests, but police are investigating whether a private bus was the vehicle that hit the victim, according to media reports.

A Skyliner Bus, similar to the one involved in the incident, was reportedly stopped in Connecticut, ABC New York reported. A manager from the company tells ABC the bus was not involved in the crash and was only in the vicinity at the time.
