Man allegedly caught fondling himself on subway for 30 minutes: NYPD

The NYPD is seeking a suspect wanted for lewd behavior on the subway.

This past Sunday, aboard a Manhattan-bound 2 train departing from the President Street station in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, a 29-year-old woman reportedly noticed a man staring at her, according to police. He then put his hands into his pants and appeared to be fondling himself for more than 30 minutes, staring at the woman, as the train made its way toward Manhattan.

The woman was able to snap a picture of the suspect, with his hand in his pants and displaying his “Team USA” tattoo on his forehead, the police reported.
