Police have arrested a taxi driver they say struck a woman in Manhattan and then drove off.
On Sunday, 68-year-old John Bangura was charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
The incident happened early Saturday morning just after 3:30am at First Avenue between 16th and 17th streets in Gramercy Park.

It is not clear why Flores was lying in the street.
She was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
