The first incident on March 19 occurred at about 1:42 a.m. when the 20-year-old victim was on her way home on Woodward Avenue in Ridgewood, authorities said. She was approached from behind by the suspect — described as a Hispanic man — who then pushed her to the ground. The man grabbed the victim’s genitals over her clothing and then fled the location without taking anything.
