The Met’s Halloween party is for kids only

The Met is hosting a Halloween party — for kids only!

It’s not quite a night at the museum though. The Met Pajama Party: Lights out at the Met! is actually a bedtime-friendly evening of art-themed fun taking place on Thursday, Oct. 27 from 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Little ghouls and goblins are encouraged to wear a costume or pajamas while taking part in art activities, boogie to live entertainment and, for the main event, dine on a feast of breakfast foods (with a Halloween flair, of course) served at the Temple of Dendur. Tickets are $70 for adults and $55 for kids.
