The thief who police say targeted a 93-year-old wheelchair-bound woman on Wednesday has been apprehended.

At around noon, the woman entered Regines clothing store located at 176 E. 116 St. in East Harlem with a friend. Surveillance video caught a man apparently removing a white envelope from the victim's bra. 

The envelope contained the woman's rent money, according to police.

Friday morning police reported that a suspect had been arrested, citing an New York Post article on Twitter.

Police charged 26-year-old Brooklyn resident Broyoan Lopez with robbery, grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, AP reported.
