The U.S. doesn’t have a monopoly on holidays this month.
France is excited about wine throughout the year, but never more so than during the harvest season, which is celebrated on the third Thursday each November with Beaujolais Nouveau. Wine lovers around the world crack open the first bottles from France’s sun-dappled vineyards and toast to a succesful year, before winter sweeps in. Beginning Thursday, Nov. 20, at noon, all Tour de France Restaurant Group eateries will be serving this year’s selection, Terres Dorées, by organic grower Jean-Paul Brun. The wine is $10 by the glass or $40 by the bottle. Find Terres Dorées at these eight spots: • Nice Matin
• L’Express
• Pigalle
• Café D’Alsace
• Marseille
• French Roast Uptown & Downtown
• Le Monde
