Need to get in shape but your wallet can't support a Soulcycle habit? The Parks Department has your back.

The city just added 100 new — and, as always, totally free — weekly fitness classes ranging from yoga to cardio bootcamp and kickboxing to its Shape Up NYC program. That brings the program's weekly roster of classes to more than 370, held at more than 220 sites across all five boroughs.

Besides being free, there is no pre-registration required to take any class, which are led by trained volunteer instructors.
