Traffic flow changes in the 65th Street Central Park transverse

One lane of the he 65th Street Central Park transverse will be closed overnight from 10:30 p.m. to five a.m. beginning tonight, officials announced.

Two-way traffic will be maintained in the open lane during those overnight hours.

The transverse will be closed completely on Thursday, Aug. 27 and Friday, Aug. 28 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. while the Department of Transportation does work on the overpasses.

Drivers can use all other open Central Park transverses.
