Two teens shot at steel drum music festival near Brooklyn Museum

Two teen boys were in Brooklyn's Methodist Hospital wih gunshot wounds Monday morning after bullets started flying at a music festival near the Brooklyn Museum, the NYPD said.

A steel drum band was playing Sunday night at 9 p.m. when the shooting went down, witnesses said. At least half a dozen shots were fired, cops said.

The NYPD did not release the names of the victims and there was no known motive for the shooting. One was shot in the hip and the other in the torso just inside the park at Eastern Parkway and Washington Ave.

Family members identified the two teens as Jordan Lewis, 14, and Aakif Murray, 16, the New York Times reported.

The shooter is still on the loose.
