Tacos will run you just $1.75, with scrambled eggs and toppings like pulled pork, cactus and queso cotija; the baguette-like molletes ($3.50) come stuffed with refried pinto beans, Monterey Jack cheese, pico de gallo and chorizo; breakfast burritos ($3.75) heave with scrambled eggs, poblano peppers, onions, black beans, ham and chorizo. Other equally appealing options, all under $5, include sincronizadas, enchiladas and tortas.
