Watch the Facebook sucker-punch video that led to charges for teens

One suspect is in custody, but one remains at large.

A video uploaded to Facebook depicting a New Jersey teenager knocking a man unconscious as he attempts to cross the street has led to one suspect in custody while another remains at large.

The attack captured in the recently uploaded footage, which took place on Dec. 7, came to the Paterson Police Department’s attention last week, spokesman Jerry Speziale said to NBC on Sunday.

"This shameless act of violence was thoroughly investigated, and the tireless efforts by the detectives involved is commendable," Speziale was quoted in a related Pix 11 article.

Investigators have identified the teen in the video and will charge him with aggravated assault and endangering an injured victim, Speziale said to NBC. That suspect plans to turn himself in to police on Tuesday.

The juvenile who filmed the assault turned himself in to Paterson police on Saturday and is accused of similar charges, Pix 11 reported.

Both teens live in Paterson, and police have not released their names, according to NBC.
