A baby girl was delivered in the back of an Uber car after exiting the Lincoln Tunnel on Monday evening, authorities and the company said.

A 32-year-old woman delivered a baby girl around 5:15 p.m. on Monday with help from her Uber driver, Erick Rodriguez, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey police and responding EMTs.

Rodriguez flagged down the officers, telling them he had a woman in labor in his car who “couldn’t wait,” the Associated Press reported.

The ride share company said in a statement they’re rewarding Rodriguez with tickets to the Yankees Game and a “deep clean for his vehicle.” The company said they plan to give the family a ride home to Hoboken and a onesie for the baby girl.
