Woman in police custody in Bronx after man dies from stab wounds

Cops took a woman into custody on Monday afternoon after they found a man stabbed to death inside a Bronx apartment.

Police arrived at the apartment building on Carroll Place by around 3 p.m. to a 911 call and found the 21-year-old man with stab wounds to his chest.

Paramedics rushed the man to Lincoln Hospital, but died soon after.

Authorities did not identify neither the victim nor the woman in custody by Monday evening. NYPD had no information on possible motives, and no charges had been filed against the woman.
