Woman sexually assaulted, robbed in her Bushwick apartment building

A woman survived a robbery and sexual assault in her own Brooklyn apartment building’s lobby, police said Saturday.

But cops are still on the hunt for the man who attacked her on Oct. 15.

Authorities said the unidentified man followed the 22-year-old woman as she walked into her apartment building on Evergreen Avenue at around midnight.

That’s when the man brandished a kitchen knife and forced the woman onto the building’s fourth-floor landing.

The woman handed the assailant her pocketbook before he force dyer to commit a sex act on him at knife point, investigators said.

The man then ran away from the scene and the woman called police. She was taken to a local hospital for treatment and released promptly after.

Officials described the suspect as a black man in his mid to late 20s, around 6 feet tall and weighing about 180 pounds.
