5.4 magnitude earthquake rocks Tokyo

The United States Geological Survey is reporting a 5.4 magnitude earthquake, near the east coast of Honshu, Japan, 47 miles from Tokyo.

The quake occurred at 4:22 Eastern Standard Time, at a depth of 3.9 miles.

A year after a massive earthquake that rocked Japan’s outer regions, Tokyo residents seemed nonplussed:
