The new suite at 83 Redpath “packs livability,”?says designer Bryon Patton of Bryon Patton and Associates.

Showcasing a glimpse into the lifestyle potential residents can enjoy, designer Bryon Patton and his team created a casual but sophisticated look for the stunning new model suite for 83 Redpath.

The popular Yonge-Eglinton condominium by The Benvenuto Group is appealing to a wide range of buyers, who are attracted to the building’s stunning design features, as well as to the diverse cosmopolitan amenities close by and the true neighbourhood feel of its surroundings. Inspired by the feel of the neighbourhood, Patton — of Bryon Patton and Associates — used relaxed urban living as inspiration when styling the 1,142-sq.-ft. model.

“The overall look of the suite is sleek, sophisticated modernism, yet casual, warm and comfortable,” says Patton, who worked with team members Enid MacIntosh and Sean Swayze on the project.

Highlights of the space include the “Midnight Rendezvous” colour scheme, one of four distinctive colour packages Patton has put together for buyers at 83 Redpath to choose from. It includes finished wenge wide-plank flooring throughout the main areas and textured oatmeal carpeting in the bedrooms. The palette features hues of cloudy grey, with eggplant and aqua accents. To that, Patton added textural elements that provide warmth to his clean-lined design.

Large windows in the living room create a focal point of the stunning vistas outside, while the seating area comprises a tuxedo-style sectional sofa in deep grey flannel and an over-scale tufted leather ottoman that doubles as a coffee table and footstool. The dining area, meanwhile, features a table of glass set against a built-in banquette and highlighted by a sophisticated but whimsical papered accent wall, the pattern repeated in the chandelier that hangs above the space. “Accessories in the china and storage boxes carry through the fun of the chandelier theme,” Patton say.

The kitchen is just as dramatic, designed to highlight the stunning standard finishes, with wenge-finished lower cabinetry, contrasting uppers, Grigio Sardo granite countertops and a glossy white subway tile backsplash.

One-bedrooms, and up!

“The suite is packed with livability,” Patton says. “The décor is cool in both style and character.” With architecture designed by Dermot Sweeny of Sweeny, Sterling, Finlayson & Co., 83 Redpath is sure to be a stunning addition to the Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood.

From one-bedroom up to two-bedroom-plus-den layouts (540 to 1,250 sq. ft.), prices range from the low $200,000s to over $500,000.

Visit the sales office at 83 Redpath Monday to Thursday, noon to 6 p.m.; weekends and holidays, noon to 5 p.m.; closed Fridays.
