Former “40 Rock” funnyman Tracy Morgan has married his fiancee Megan Wollover.
The ceremony Sunday capped off the beginning of what is expected to be a triumphant comeback for Morgan, 46.
Morgan has said he is lucky to be alive after a horrific vehicular accident on the New Jersey Turnpike killed longtime pal James McNair in June of 2014, and put him in a coma with a traumatic brain injury.
"We have been through so much and our love is stronger for it," Wollover, 28, told People.com .
“After almost losing Tracy last year, I am so grateful to finally be married to the love of my life.”
Wollover posted photos of her bridal shower on Facebook hours before the two tied the knot.
Morgan, who this fall is set to return as a host this of the show that shot him to fame -- "Saturday Night Live" -- is still fighting to come back physically from his injuries.
He made good, however, on his vow to walk down the aisle on his own.
"I don't want to walk my wife down the aisle with a cane or in a wheelchair," he said in June. "So I had to go hard with the therapy … I had to get better. There was no ifs, ands or buts about it."
Morgan and Wollover, a model, have a two-year-old daughter together, Maven Sonae.
For the comedian, this is his second marriage. He was married to his ex-wife, Sabrina Morgan, for 23 years, and the two have three sons. They split in 2009.
