Recently in the news, I heard that lead was found in many reusable cloth bags. I’m all for using fewer plastic shopping bags, but how do I know if any of the bags I own contain lead?
High levels of lead have shown up in many reusable totes and grocery bags. To find out if the bags you own contain lead, contact the manufacturer. Some companies have gone so far as to issue recalls.
