Q: What products make you look and feel good?
A: I do my own make-up for camera. I use M.A.C products.
Q: Describe your style?
A: I’d say funky and fun, yet still sexy. I like to wear outfits that are fashionable and trendy. I add my own unique flair. I might accessorize with a bright, colourful necklace or a pair of flashy shoes.
Q: How do you keep life in perspective?
A: I believe it’s important to have balance in life. When I find myself getting overwhelmed, I take a deep breath and then re-evaluate my thoughts.
Q: How do you stay fit?
A: I try to work out in the gym almost everyday. If I don’t have time, I try to incorporate exercises into my daily routine.
Q: What are your healthy eating habits?
A: I definitely have a sweet tooth, but I try to keep the sweets to a minimum. I like to make protein shakes with fruit. I love strawberries.
Yannick Bisson, actor, plays William Murdoch in CityTv’s Murdoch Mysteries, Saturday nights at 8 p.m. and Thursday nights at 10 p.m.
Q: What products make you look and feel good?
A: The one thing I cannot live without is Redken’s All-Soft shampoo and conditioner. I also love Nivea Light face cream.
Q: Describe your style?
A: During the day I like to wear a T-shirt, jeans and Converse sneakers. At night, I’m elegant and classy. I love to dress up. There’s nothing like the feel of a custom-made Italian suit and a custom-made shirt. When you put them on, even if you are having a bad day, you feel like $10 million bucks.
Q: How do you stay fit?
A: I do low or no impact exercises. I’m a crazy mountain biker. In the winter I lift weights in the gym. In the summer I cycle and do a floor routine at home.
Q: What are your healthy eating habits?
A: I never bring soda or processed foods into our house. My diet is light on meat and high on fresh foods and organics. My indulgence is my wife’s pecan pie.
