Catch a glimpse of the vacations of the super rich

If you really want to see the world then you may as well do it in the penthouse suite on one of the world’s finest passenger vessels complete with your own personal butler. A snip at $216,000.

Or how about a week playing Pirates of the Caribbean on Johnny Depp’s very own boat? Hell, make it a fortnight, it’s a bargain at $170,000.

Bit pricey? If you’re a billionaire feeling the pinch you could always downsize to a week in Mick Jagger’s villa in Mustique — a giveaway at $11,500.

They sound insane, but these are the jaw-dropping vacation options of the super-rich.
You don’t like sailing? Then step forward, Bruce Willis and illusionist David Copperfield.

Action flick hero Bruce has a $6,500-per-night five-bed villa on the beautiful Parrot Cay, in Turks and Caicos, in the Caribbean —incidentally a big favourite of designer Donna Karan.

Copperfield goes one better. He has a whole bay named after him — naturally enough it’s called Copperfield Bay and it’s part of Musha Cay in the Bahamas.

The beachfront villas are described as “so private you’ll seem to disappear.”What will also disappear is any sense of reality, as this luxury costs a staggering $30,000 per day.
