Move over avocado. Your reign is over. The people have spoken and chorizo is the new king.

The Mexican grill of fast foods, Chipotle, announced on Monday that the spicy sausage, chorizo, will be available in all stores across the United States starting tomorrow.

Five markets in June were given a preview of pork and paprika dreams to come, according to Chipotle Mexican Grill.

“The reaction to chorizo in the cities that have had it has been overwhelmingly positive, so we’re making it available in all of our restaurants across the country,” said Steve Ells, founder, chairman and co-CEO of Chipotle. “Our chorizo is made with responsibly raised chicken and pork, and provides a delicious new option that fits perfectly with the rest of our menu.”

Pork and white meat chicken are seasoned with paprika, toasted cumin and chipotle peppers and grilled “to give it the perfect char,” Chipotle announced. You can flavor bomb your burritos, burrito bowls, salads and tacos — and just in time for National Taco Day on Tuesday.
