City hosts lifestyle expo

Relax, rejuvenate and refresh yourself this weekend at the ninth bi-annual Body Soul & Spirit Expo.
Offering more than 100 exhibits on holistic and healthy lifestyles, wellness and success this year’s event promises to be bigger than ever according to organizers.
“This is a landmark year for the expo and it will be the most exciting and largest show yet, almost double past years,” spokesperson Chandler Armstrong told Metro.
Armstrong expects about 14,000 Calgarians of all different backgrounds and diversities to attend the three-day show at the Round-Up Centre starting today.
“It’s almost impossible to see everything in one day and we encourage people to take advantage of the three-day pass,” he added.
