Halifax Regional Police are investigating an incident of shots being fired at two people yesterday morning in Spryfield.

Halifax Regional Police are investigating an incident of shots being fired at two people yesterday morning in Spryfield.

Police say the alleged shooting at Cranberry Court and Greystone Drive took place at 2:12 a.m. with the victim reporting she and her boyfriend were shot at by the suspect, who then fled the scene.

Sgt. Gordon Graham of HRP said yesterday around noontime the victims say two shots were fired at them, but police still hadn’t located any evidence of a shooting.

Police say the victims didn’t live on either street, but were from the Spryfield area. They describe the suspect as an 18-year-old male, five-foot-nine and around 120 pounds.
