The former interim chairwoman for the Democratic National Committee has admitted to passing along topics  to Hillary Clinton's staff in advance of a CNN town hall debate.

Donna Brazile called it "a mistake I will forever regret," in an interview  with ABC.

Brazile also admitted to sending info to the Clinton campaign prior to two Bernie Sanders debates.

“Among the many things I did in my role as Democratic operative and DNC vice chair ... was to share potential town hall topics with the Clinton campaign,” Brazile wrote.

Emails published by WikiLeaks in October exposed the correspondence where Brazile tipped the Hillary camp about questions before the two Democratic Party showdowns.

She further explains, "My job was to make all our Democratic candidates look good, and I worked closely with both campaigns to make that happen. But sending those emails was a mistake I will forever regret."
