TMZ is reporting a former high level, female executive with West Coast Choppers settled a sexual harassment lawsuit against Jesse James and West Coast Choppers for more than $700,000 US in 2007, while he was married to Sandra Bullock, according to documents.
Also, James has been branded a “chronic cheater” by his ex-wife, femalefirst.co.uk reports.
Janine Lindemulder — who separated from the motorcycle enthusiast after one year of marriage in May 2003 — insists she wasn’t surprised to learn the Monster Garage presenter had bedded tattoo model Michelle “Bombshell” McGee while current spouse Bullock was away shooting The Blind Side.
Lindemulder — who has five-year-old daughter Sunny with James — said: “He’s a chronic cheater. I feel sorry for Sandra because she was so in love with Jesse that she was blind and gullible.
“She once said, ‘I finally have a man who has my back.’ And all I could think was, ‘No. You have this man who does it behind your back.’”
Lindemulder claims that James was unfaithful to her soon after they tied the knot and he refused to change his behaviour throughout their union.
