We've all had those million dollar idea thoughts, but without taking any action an idea is just that, a dollarless idea. "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill is one of the best-selling books of all time and Hill has devoted his career to teaching others how to be financially successful. Now, Hill is releasing an entire starter kit with the aim of helping readers find their path to financial success.
What makes the kit better than the many "get rich quick" books is that it is essentially a workbook with personalization and actionable steps. Each chapter is a new step toward securing your riches. For example, one of the chapters requires readers to list people to contact who can help further their ideas. Another chapter focuses on how to have sustaining faith in your idea, even when it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. There is also a lengthy chapter on planning, to ensure follow-through in goal-making.
With more than 50 exercises and 13 steps, reading "Think and Grow Rich" is not a passive experience. It takes time and commitment, but if you are serious about making money, it could be worth the investment of $29.95. But if you are looking to secure your fortune through investing and not based around a money-making idea, this might not be the best book for you.
While making money is definitely the focus of the starter kit, there is more emphasis than you might expect on personal fulfillment and happiness that comes outside of being financially successful. Most finance books don't delve too much into a bigger "meaning of life" theme, but Hill makes a point of reminding readers throughout the book that money cannot provide true happiness, and there are motivational quotes throughout the book with this in mind.
The "Think and Grow Rich Start Kit" will be released September 4 and can be purchased on Amazon.com.
