Jackie Warner tells you why you’re fat

<p>The last time we saw Jackie Warner, she was wrapped up in the tumult of trainer drama on her reality show “Work Out” on BRAVO tv, which followed Warner through the daily tribulations of running her gym.</p>

Positive self-talk is the third and possibly most important part of Warner’s plan. Confidence building is essential, she says, for successful weight loss.


“You definitely have to have the inner self-talk sorted out before you start on a program like this,” she says. “How you speak to yourself determines what kind of actions you’re going to take next.”
