Maggie splurges on Kiehl’s soap

Maggie Castle

Maggie Castle, actor, stars in the film Weirdsville playing at the Toronto International Film Festival:

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: I use Nivea Crème in the winter because it’s so thick and it really works. My splurge is Kiehl’s Ultimate Man body scrub soap because it exfoliates the skin and smells wonderful.

Q: Describe your style?

A: Preppy chic. I like mixing classics with trendier accessories like handbags, scarves or shoes.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: It can be hard sometimes. You just have to stay positive and have faith that things are going to work out.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: Yoga really helps. It keeps me physically and mentally fit.

Q: What are your healthy habits?

A: I try not to eat fast food or frozen foods. I eat what I want. Everything in moderation.

Sean Gehon

Sean Gehon, entertainment reporter for Star The Channel and Star Daily, which airs weeknights on Citytv:

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: I use a Biotherm face wash and Dial Almond Milk body wash to help me feel fresh and smell delicious!

Q: Describe your style?

A: I don’t necessarily have a style. I like to feel comfortable and know that I look good when I leave the house. It’s all about dressing for yourself and being able to walk with confidence.

Q: What things make life easier?

A: Sex And The City makes my life easier. Whenever you have a problem, or you just want to visit a few of your girlfriends in New York — reminisce with a few episodes of Sex and the City and the world just seems to melt away.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: My workout routine consists of walking 20 minutes to work every morning and 20 minutes home every night. I go for the occasional rollerblade or run on the treadmill. More often than not, I’d rather have jelly beans.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I’m doing my best to avoid carbs and eat a lot of salad. I’m starting to make healthier eating decisions and incorporating more fruit and vegetables in my diet. Every now and then, a trip to anywhere that serves French fries is a good visit and I can never avoid eating chocolate for very long!
