Wit’s End Theatre, a new theatre group, will perform its debut show An Evening Out this week at the Pit theatre at the University of King’s College.

Wit’s End Theatre was started by two fourth-year students at King’s — Elizabeth Johnston and Griffin McInnes — and carries a mandate to create awareness and respect for comedic theatre throughout HRM. The opening show features a double bill of Christopher Durang’s Titanic and David Ives’ one-act play Sure Thing.

The play closes Saturday with tickets costing between $7 and 12. They can be reserved at 402-5722 or at the college’s co-op bookstore.
