MADRID. Paul the octopus, who accurately predicted the winners of World Cup matches, could be transferred to a Spanish zoo that has offered to “trump any offer” for his services.
The oracle octopus currently lives at the Oberhausen Sea Life Centre in Germany.
During the World Cup, he correctly predicted eight out of eight games. Trainers put food on boxes showing the flag of competing countries. Whichever Paul went for became his prediction.
