TORONTO - Toronto police have made four arrests in the death of a Nova Scotia man during the Nuit Blanche Festival last month.

TORONTO - Toronto police have made four arrests in the death of a Nova Scotia man during the Nuit Blanche Festival last month.

Jefflin Beals, 25, was found with fatal gunshot wounds in Trinity Bellwoods Park in the early hours of Oct. 2.

Police say 32-year-old Darnell St. Clair Wright of Toronto was arrested Thursday night and charged with first-degree murder.

Shortly after, 21-year-old Brittney Carvery, of no fixed address, 25-year-old Sanderico Beals, of Dartmouth, N.S., and 27-year-old Roslyn Bascom, of Toronto, were arrested and charged with being accessories after the fact to murder.

All four made court appearances this morning.

Police say the two Beals were not related.
