President Donald Trump will deliver a speech to congressional Republicans this afternoon, and is expected to focus on aggressively pursuing health care reform and tax reform, a senior White House official told Politico. Trump’s arrivalcomes just one day after signing an executive order that would strip federal grant funding from cities such as Philadelphia that protect undocumented immigrants. More than 3,000 activists are expected to swarm the area of the Loews Hotel in Center City, where Trump and Republicans will meet for speeches and other events. The president’s speech is expected to start at noon.
