US weighing all options for 9/11 trials

Attorney General Eric Holder on Thursday declined to rule out trying themen accused of planning the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks in federal criminalcourts, despite efforts by Congress to force military trials.

Attorney General Eric Holder on Thursday declined to rule out trying the men accused of planning the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks in federal criminal courts, despite efforts by Congress to force military trials.



Holder also said President Barack Obama's administration still was planning to close the military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where the terrorism suspects are being held.
