Helicopter pilots in China recently took part in a three-day national tournament that tested their skills in several different areas, including their ability to use the aircraft to open a beer bottle.
Watch as one pilot hovers over the beer bottle that is hoisted up on a pole and tries to open it with the bottle opener that is tied to the helicopter’s skid.
“The game mainly tests pilots’ manipulation of the helicopter,” a woman says in the video.
He eventually succeeds in getting the cap off, but it apparently didn’t count because the top of the bottle broke.
The pilots had to open five beer bottles in under eight minutes.
