Local news reporter Garett Brnger from WICS ABC 20 in Springfield, Ill., was unable to find anyone to comment on a recent water rate increase, so he sought an interview with a different local resident: a cat.
Brnger asked the friendly feline a series of questions relating to the increase, but the cat didn’t seem that interested.
