Today 1:27 pm The front windows of Boyd's were shattered Tuesday morning after a smash-and-grab heist targeted the high-end Center City men's store, police said.
Burglars made off with $45,000 worth of merchandise, including hats, jackets and other menswear in a heist that happened around 4:45 a.m., police said.
Authorities released surveillance footage Wednesday morning, which shows multiple suspects driving up to the store, at 1818 Chestnut St., in two vehicles. One vehicle was used to smash the building's front window, and suspects then entered the store and grabbed the merchandise. They then fled in an unknown direction.
