Q: What products do you use that make you look and feel good?

A: I’m definitely a girly-girl. Lotions and potions and yummy smells always lift the spirit and hopefully, as claimed on the package, wrinkly, sagging skin. A treat is Dr. Hauschka products.

Q: Describe your style.

A: I walk my dog a lot, so it’s got to be comfy and appropriate to the weather. I do have a great pair of green pink, yellow and red striped rain boots. The clothes I wear can’t be too precious. I’ve actually been peed on by someone’s pooch at the park. I’m all about practicality. But I do enjoy a nice dress up when the chance comes.

Q: What things make life easier?

A: I’m a big fan of a good vacuum. The occasional cheesy pop song from the ’80s, and stretching.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I love to be active. Some Pilates, low-impact aerobics, and some resistance training to round it out. A good cleaning session or a Home Alone Boogie session can also work up a nice sweat.

David Haydn-Jones stars on CBC’s Rumours.

Q: What products do you use that make you look and feel good?

A: I love me some good face cream from the L’Oréal line for men. I have been known to enjoy my girlfriend’s Olay body wash from time to time. To save my manhood, I do gargle with Brut cologne in the morning.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: At my most rigorous, I do three circuit reps of heavy weights for every major group three times a week with cardio on the off days. When I’m on vacation, I retreat to my hyperbaric chamber where my entire body atrophies.

Q: What things make life easier?

A: Dishwashers are one of the best inventions ever. Not only do they store your dirty dishes, but they wash and dry them too. Who knew? Genius!

Q: Describe your style.

A: Casual. I’m kind of a prep-star. Funky tees and jeans with cool, colourful sneakers. Hoodies and collared zip-up jackets are always at hand.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: Sense of humour, gratitude and humility. Did I mention sense of humour?
