Michelle Morgan, actress, CBC series Heartland:
Q: What products make you look and feel good?
A: For me, looking and feeling good has less to do with topical products and more to do with my overall health and well-being. Products can’t make you beautiful, they can only support and enhance your own natural beauty and vitality. My skin looks great when I’m eating a diet rich in whole fresh foods, when I’m getting lots of exercise and when I’m calm and happy.
Q: Describe your style.
A: I love super tight, dark wash Nudie Jeans, and I’m really into high wasted skirts and pants. I love finding strange, bold earrings and necklaces to liven up an outfit.
Q: How do you stay fit?
A: I’m pretty active in general. I love snowboarding in the winter and riding my fixed gear bike everywhere I go in the summer. I also go to the gym and I jog.
Gilson Lubin, host, MTV Live:
Q: What products make you look and feel good?
A: I always use cocoa butter. If you come across anyone from the Caribbean who claims not to use it, they’re lying to you.
Q: Describe your style.
A: Island-urban, if there is such a thing.
Q: How do you keep life in perspective?
A: It’s always one day at a time, one breath at a time.
Q: How do you stay fit?
A: I don’t do as much exercise as I did in high school. Now I do lots of walking!
Q: What are your healthy eating habits?
A: A great breakfast and a decent dinner do the trick.
