Before you left your home this morning, a phone film showed the last seconds of the Germanwings crash flight. 

Iran nuclear talks missed their deadline, while many thought lawmakers missed the mark with new anti-gay bills.

Singer Joni Mitchell was found unconscious. Oil heir Andrew Getty was found dead. 

The Germanwings crash was caught on film

Screams can be heard on a harrowing cellphone movie found by investigators at the crash site. One of the passengers had filmed the flight as it plummeted to the ground.

Iran talks missed their deadline

Russia and Iran remain upbeat but U.S. negotiators nearly spat the dummy and walked out of negotiations as they spilled into the early hours of this morning. Diplomats are still trying to find a way to stall Iran's nuclear ambitions and reduce sanctions at ongoing talks today.

Sensible owners of businesses from Bernadette's Barbershop, above, to Walmart, condemned new Arkansas and Indiana laws allowing businesses to turn away gay customers on religious grounds.

Joni Mitchell was in intensive care

The music star was recovering in hospital after being rushed to hospital by paramedics following a 911 call from her Bel Air home. Apparently she is in good spirits and undergoing tests to find out why she fell unconscious.

A Getty oil heir was found dead

Equally mysterious at the moment is the death of Andrew Getty, the grandson of oil baron J. Paul Getty. He was found dead in the bathroom of his Hollywood Hills mansion.
