Julianne Moore to play Sarah Palin in HBO’s ‘Game Change’

Oscar-nominated actress Julianne Moore will play former Alaska governor Sarah Palin in the upcoming HBO movie "Game Change," an account of John McCain’s failed 2008 presidential campaign.

The film, based off upon Mark Halperin and John Hellemann’s 2010 book of the same name, comes from writer Danny Strong and director Jay Roach. The team was also behind HBO’s similar "Recount," about the aftermath of 2000 election.
