TV Watch List: Thursday, Nov. 10

Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Matt (Zach Roerig) and all of their supernatural friends battle Klaus while looking fabulous at “The Vampire Diaries” homecoming.

‘The Vampire Diaries’
DRAMA. What’s more believable — that
Elena and co. will defeat the all-powerful vampire/werewolf hybrid
Klaus, or that My Morning Jacket would play the Mystic Falls homecoming
dance? (We’re guessing the latter.) It’s the mid-season finale, so with
that kind of supernatural showdown in the works, expect this hour to end
on a cliffhanger. New episodes will return Jan. 5.
Mid-season
finale, 8 p.m., The CW

‘The Office’
COMEDY. Pam worries
that the hot new temp hired to fill in while she’s on maternity leave
will relieve her from more than just paperwork — like maybe by becoming
Jim’s “office wife.”
9 p.m., NBC

‘Grey’s Anatomy’
DRAMA.
Meredith and Derek finally learn if they’ll be able to adopt baby Zola.
So, you know, have the tissue box handy either way.
9 p.m., ABC

‘Braxton
Family Values’

REALITY. Toni reveals a secret Tamar’s been
hiding. The question is, with five sisters and reality TV cameras in
tow, how did she have a secret to begin with?
Season premiere, 9
p.m., WE TV
